Dr. Betancourt currently offers a mobile practice. This allows for safe meetings outdoors in a public space to conduct the state mandated initial visit. Mobile visits also lower our operating costs & those savings are passed onto you.

Cost Breakdown:

• Initial Certification: $110

• Recertification: $110

  *For a limited time, we are offering 50% off your next recertification if you Refer a Friend who also qualifies for their Medical Marijuana Card and becomes an established patient with us.

Services

Dr. Betancourt and his Patient Care Coordinator Steven Montemoino will set up an initial treatment plan with you. We provide personalized ongoing support seven days a week for all our patients.

We are based in Fort Myers, Florida and serve Lee County and surrounding areas.
